Archaeologist turned musician, Rui Carvalho is better known as Filho da Mãe in the artistic world. Having been part of bands like If Lucy Fell and I Had Plans, he began his solo career in 2011, with the album Palácio.
After a four-year hiatus, the musician releases his sixth album, Terra Dormente (Sleeping Earth), with tracks that continue the naturalistic themes begun on Mergulho (2016) and Água-Má (2018).
